Return Policy

The products we offer on our site are of the highest quality and packed with care. However, if you are not satisfied, we will be happy to exchange your unused and unopened item for a refund in the full amount (Shipping charges will not be refunded) . All merchandise purchased may be returned by mail within 10 days of purchase.

Please send us a note via email to customer@drfluoridefree.com to request your returns authorization number, which you should write on the outside of the package. This will ensure that your return is dealt with as quickly as possible. We recommend our customers to use a form of traceable delivery (tracking number or delivery confirmation). We cannot be responsible for lost packages. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return.
