Q. Is it safe to use my credit card?
A. Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Internet site uses a secure credit card method of Authorize.net which utilizes industry-standard security measures. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.

At Dr. Faissol & Dr. Sharp Toothpastes - Fluoride-Free, we do not offer the option of saving credit card information in your profile. Therefore, you will have to re-enter it every time you place an order. Because of clients' security concerns, we have chosen not to save credit card information in the Customer database. Most customers perceive a greater confidence in our site if they enter the card information each time instead of it being saved and stored in a database. Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?
A. Sales tax will only apply to residents of the U.S. State in which we are registered. Florida resident's law requires you to pay 7% sales tax on all merchandise.

All online sales are final unless the order was mistakenly placed or the result of an error with our ordering system. * Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping method is via UPS Ground. We also offer faster service via UPS Overnight, Second Day Air and Third Day Air. Some methods are not available when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. International orders are sent via UPS International.

* Delivery Time
Arrival of your order depends on several factors that including your geographic location and weather UPS can service your area in a timely fashion. Generally, we fill your order within 1-2 business days. UPS Ground delivers within 3-5 business days, which makes the average shipping period about one week.

* Shipping Restrictions

How to Order

Visit www.drfluoridefree.com and select shop online. Each item in the shopping cart will have a description, quantity and/or amount, price and picture or color of the item. To purchase products, click on the button that reads "Buy Now" that appears to the right or under each product listing. Each purchase will take you to your shopping bag. This is, in essence, your order form. Click on "Go Back and Shop Some More" to return to shopping and continue with your choices or, if your shopping order is complete, follow the instructions on the screen for entering your delivery and payment information.

Dr. Fluoride Free Toothpastes ships all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We may also use United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx or DHL, depending on delivery service in your area. During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods. Pick the one that fits you and your delivery situation. Please make sure that you choose a method of shipping. If you don't choose a method, all domestic orders will be shipped Regular Priority USPS Mail. This usually takes three to six days. If you need something sooner, make sure you choose the Overnight option. The total cost of your products and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes, if applicable, will then be clearly displayed when your order form is complete. The Majority of our packages (those under 5 lbs.) are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most packages should arrive on your doorstep in 3 - 6 business days after receipt of your order. Shipping charges are based on as close to actual cost as possible. We charge a percentage of the total order plus a handling charge. The percentage of the total net order is 5%.

All orders outside of the United States are usually shipped by International Air Mail.

All customs and import duties are applied when your shipment reaches the destination country, and, as we have no control over these charges and no way to estimate what they will be, these charges are your responsibility. Please contact your local Customs office for details on how charges are applied in your locale.
