A. Sales tax will only apply to residents of the U.S. State in which we are registered. Florida resident's law requires you to pay 7% sales tax on all merchandise.

Our standard shipping method is via UPS Ground. We also offer faster service via UPS Overnight, Second Day Air and Third Day Air. Some methods are not available when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. International orders are sent via UPS International.

* Delivery Time
Arrival of your order depends on several factors that including your geographic location and weather UPS can service your area in a timely fashion. Generally, we fill your order within 1-2 business days. UPS Ground delivers within 3-5 business days, which makes the average shipping period about one week.

The Majority of our packages (those under 5 lbs.) are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most packages should arrive on your doorstep in 3 - 6 business days after receipt of your order. Shipping charges are based on as close to actual cost as possible. We charge a percentage of the total order plus a handling charge. The percentage of the total net order is 5%.

All orders outside of the United States are usually shipped by International Air Mail.

All customs and import duties are applied when your shipment reaches the destination country, and, as we have no control over these charges and no way to estimate what they will be, these charges are your responsibility. Please contact your local Customs office for details on how charges are applied in your locale.
